Afloat with Henry Morgan was an 52 episode Australian series from, it is generally thought - 1933. Each episode was about 12 minutes long and the series was probably dedicated for the young listeners in particularAfloat with Henry Morgan was produced by and starred George Edwards, a well-known Australian actor. Warren Berry wrote the program. Henry Morgan, a real historical figure, seemed larger than life. Morgan was a pirate, but he had a ‘colorful’ career in which he was also a privateer (a legal pirate if you will), at times an Admiral, a General, a country gentleman and planter, a judge of the court of Vice-Admiralty, Governor and Knight (basically if you had money, he found a way to get it.)
