April 2016: P5DX - what could have been

The P5DX DXpedition was an International Team of operators who gained permission to bring a large team to the DPRK in May 2016. However their efforts were derailed when plans were revealed on various websites and they were unable to obtain donations to help underwrite their substantial costs.
